Advance payment is required to book rafting. Read these terms before paying and keep the final route, price, advance amount and reporting instructions with your confirmation.
Customer cancellation
The advance payment is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. Do not assume a change of travel plans, a reduced group or a cancellation close to departure qualifies for a refund.
Contact the team promptly if your plans change. No automatic non-weather refund or booking transfer is promised.
Weather-related trip problems
Refunds or a transfer/rescheduling of the booking may be provided only when weather problems affect the trip. Contact the team to confirm the available arrangement for your actual booking. This is not a promise that every rain forecast triggers a refund.
The guide's and operating team's assessment determines whether the trip can proceed under the relevant instructions. Do not insist on launching when the team decides conditions are unsuitable.
Shared departures
A shared departure needs at least four participants to run. Solo guests may join it. Ask about the confirmed group and what arrangements apply if the minimum is not reached before making an advance payment. This page does not create an additional non-weather refund promise for an unfilled departure.
Private rafts and Marine Drive
Private raft bookings require advance booking and a total-price quotation. Marine Drive is available only on advance group booking. Confirm the group size, arrangements and advance required before paying.
Eligibility and reporting
Participants must be 14–60 years old, healthy and without heart or lung problems. Share relevant concerns privately in advance. Read safety requirements before booking, and ask the team about the treatment of late reporting or a participant who cannot join following assessment. Do not assume either gives an automatic refund.
Requests and processing details
For a weather-related refund or transfer request, provide the booking name, date, reference and payment details through the verified contact. Confirm the resolution, method and expected processing time directly; no unconfirmed processing deadline is stated here.
