Included in the quoted rafting service
Your rafting booking includes a licensed, qualified guide, transport for the rafting outing, a life jacket, helmet and paddle. Hotel pickup is included where the location permits; collection may be from your hotel or the nearest suitable meeting point. Confirm the actual pickup arrangement in advance.
Water and a waterproof bag for a phone are available. Storage for luggage and extra clothing can be arranged on request. The phone bag is for a phone, not general luggage, and is not a guarantee against damage or loss. Photos and videos cost extra.

Private rafts and Marine Drive groups
Private raft booking is available for groups with advance booking. Contact us for the total price, capacity and other details; do not calculate a private-raft price simply by multiplying the indicative shared fare.

Solo travellers and shared departures
Solo guests can join a shared departure. A minimum of four participants is needed to run it. Ask about the confirmed count and date arrangements before advance payment. See solo traveller planning.
Advance payment and cancellation
Advance payment is required to reserve rafting. The advance is non-refundable for customer cancellation. Refunds or a transfer/rescheduling of the booking may be provided only when weather problems affect the trip, subject to confirmation by the team. Read the cancellation policy before paying.
Your quotation should specify the advance amount, final balance, participants, actual route, pickup point and photo/video charges if requested. Keep the confirmation and payment receipt together.
Extra services
