Information to send
Send your preferred date, participant count, ages, experience, swimming ability and hotel name/map pin. Our age bracket is 14–60, and participants must be healthy with no heart or lung problems. Share sensitive health concerns privately before paying.
Solo travellers can ask about shared departures, which require at least four participants to run. Groups can request a private raft in advance. Marine Drive and Kaudiyala are advance group booking only; contact us for Kaudiyala details and price.

Pickup and inclusions
Your rafting booking includes a licensed, qualified guide, transport for the rafting outing, a life jacket, helmet and paddle. Hotel pickup is included where the location permits; collection may be from your hotel or the nearest suitable meeting point. Confirm the actual pickup arrangement in advance.
Water and a waterproof bag for a phone are available. Storage for luggage and extra clothing can be arranged on request. The phone bag is for a phone, not general luggage, and is not a guarantee against damage or loss. Photos and videos cost extra.
Before you pay
Advance payment is required to reserve rafting. The advance is non-refundable for customer cancellation. Refunds or a transfer/rescheduling of the booking may be provided only when weather problems affect the trip, subject to confirmation by the team. Read the cancellation policy before paying.
