Staying in Tapovan or near Lakshman Jhula does not automatically place you at a rafting launch. Confirm the meeting pin and transfer arrangement for your booking. Your accommodation, check-in point, launch and finish may all be different locations.
Send an exact accommodation pin
An area name can be too broad for pickup planning. Send the property name and map pin, then ask whether pickup is offered there or from a nearby accessible point. Confirm any charge separately.
Ask whether you need to walk to the meeting area and whether your luggage can be brought. Do not assume every road or bridge permits the route you intend to use.
Confirm the side of the river
If staying around a riverside neighbourhood, clarify which side you are on and how to reach the agreed vehicle pickup. Access arrangements can change. Ask your accommodation and booking team for current instructions rather than relying on an old travel blog.

Understand the transfer inclusion
“Transport included” may describe the upstream launch transfer only. Ask about hotel collection, the finish location and return to your original meeting point individually. If your group wants to be dropped somewhere else afterwards, agree that before departure.

Give yourself a reporting margin
Leave time to reach the meeting point, check in and join the briefing. Tell the team promptly if you are delayed. A raft cannot necessarily wait or accept somebody who misses the required instructions.
Keep dry belongings where the operator has agreed they can be stored. Read the packing guide before leaving the stay.
Pick the route after screening
The neighbourhood where you stay does not determine which river stretch is suitable. Share ages, swimming ability, confidence and time available, then discuss the route.

We offer Brahmpuri (indicative ₹500 per person), Shivpuri (₹800), Marine Drive (₹1,200–₹1,800, advance group booking only) and Kaudiyala on advance group booking with details and pricing on enquiry. Quoted prices include taxes. Prices vary with demand and season. Licensed, qualified guides, equipment and transport are included; hotel pickup depends on location. Photos and videos are extra.
Participants must be 14–60, healthy and without heart or lung problems. Solo guests can join shared departures with at least four people to run; private raft groups need advance booking. Advance payment is non-refundable for customer cancellation, with refunds or booking transfers possible only for weather-related trip problems, subject to confirmation.
